This is a complimentary 15–30 minute introductory call to get to know you, your goals, and your lifestyle. We’ll talk through your fitness history, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This call is also a chance to see if we’re a good fit to work together before moving forward with a personalized training plan.
